Do you think I went too overboard on sending a message on an online dating site?
BySo I recently decided to try online dating, the girls I’ve been with are either confusing, playing games, or just don’t know what they want.
So I sent her a message.
“You look gorgeous. I’d like to chat sometime, do you have any instant messenger?”
Was that too like overboard, creepy, or a little weird?

I don’t think its creepy. But you’re right, I don’t think the girls on there know what they want. Just be patient while waiting for a reply, cuz I’m sure you aren’t the only one sending her messages.
Girls get bombarded with messages constantly, so it might take her a while to get to yours while she reads and filters out all the other junk.

I don’t think that was creepy, people are on a dating site to meet people and chatting is the way to do it. Some dating sites have a chat built in…that’s better, but what you did was fine.
