How do I do background check online dating?
ByI’m online dating but I want to do a criminal background check and I went to ehow.com yeah not very helpful. So dose anyone know how to criminal background check for online dating and for free? We live in State of MD and He live State of NV.

Ask him how to do it, since it’s his legal system you’ll have to get the information from he probably knows more or could find out easier.
If you aren’t willing to tell him that you are going to do it, then you’re the one he should be worried about because that just means you’re a psychotic stalker.

You can’t do a criminal background check for free, and you can’t really do it accurately without getting a social security #, list of past adresses, full name, etc. Basically, you are going to need a lot of sensitive personal information from your potential date. It’s very unlikely that he would hand that over to you unless he is a moron. Likewise, you would be foolish to hand that over to him in the event that he wants to do a criminal background check on you.
Sorry if that’s not what you wanted to hear. The best you can do is google him, or try to buy a background check report with the limited info that you have on him.

I’m looking for questions such as these so that I can practice doing my own online background checks on people by researching publicly-available ‘personal’ details of the person, e.g. their online-alias’, their real name, their location, hobbies/interests, etc. mainly as a sort of personal experiment for myself, but it would be an added bonus if I could actually help someone out with any sort of information my research brings up.
So, if care for me to do my own personal research. (DISCLAIMER: I am not liable in any way for any damages to anything or person caused by the info I gather and give to you. Also the info I might gather is not reliable, but I may include sources of certain information for you to determine the reliability of the info yourself ).
If you care at all for me to give it a go, you post here information I could use to possibly identify the certain person online, e.g. any user-names, his birth year, his real life name, and location, and interest/hobbies, or just email it to me at eGumshoe@yahoo.com
Please remember this is amateur investigation but I hope one day I get someone who is interested even in the least with giving me somebody to research :]
